Are you seeking?
It's easy to feel like God is far from us at times.
But, the Bible has taught us that if you "seek the Lord your God, you will find him if you seek him with all your heart and with all your soul" (Deuteronomy 4:29). Jesus promised the same thing to his disciples: "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you" (Matthew 7:7).
Here at the Bremerton Church of Christ, we are a family of seekers. We seek to know the will of God, and we seek unity with one another in order to bring glory to God.
We are no strangers to sin or brokenness. As the apostle Paul wrote to one early church — "we have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23). But despite our failings, "he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit. (Titus 3:5)
Whatever your own shortcomings, Christ welcomes you — and we welcome you — into the family of God.
Would you like to study more?
One of our goals is to gain understanding of God's word.
In order to accomplish this, we offer free Bible studies whenever requested and we try to adapt ourselves to your wishes as to time, place or subject matter.
We have no rigid form or strict rules for such classes, as long as they are based in scripture. They can be centered on a book of the Bible or some biblical topic of your choice, or we can have a discussion of Bible questions you may have.
